Navigating the Client Area

The client area gives you a centralized place to manage your services, domains, invoices, and account information.


Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you:

  • Have access to your client area account

  • Are logged in successfully


Step 1: Access the Main Navigation Menu

Use the top navigation menu to move between the main sections of your account.

Available sections include:

  • Home

  • Services

  • Domains

  • Billing

  • Support

Use these menu items to quickly switch between managing your services, domains, invoices, and support requests.


Step 2: Review the Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your account and active services.

From the dashboard, you can:

  • View active services and products

  • Manage registered domains

  • View unpaid invoices

  • Access your Support PIN

  • Use shortcuts for common actions

Step 3: Access Account Settings

To access account settings and personal account options, click your name in the top-right corner of the client area.

From this menu, you can access settings related to:

  • Password changes

Troubleshooting:

I cannot find my services

Go to the ā€œServicesā€ section in the top navigation menu.

I forgot my password

Use the password reset option on the login page.

I cannot access cPanel

If your hosting package includes cPanel, you can access it by opening the Services section and selecting your hosting service.
