Overview
On June 8, Domainnameshop launched our new platform. Brand-new customers are automatically directed to this platform.
This means that we currently have two separate login areas: one for existing customers whose accounts were created before June 8, and one for new customers whose accounts were created after June 8.
This guide will show you how to choose the correct login area based on when you became a Domainnameshop customer.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page on Our New Website
On our new website at https://new.domene.shop, click the user icon in the top-right corner to access the login page.
Step 2: Choose the Correct Login Area Based on When You Became a Domainnameshop Customer
If you were already a Domainnameshop customer before June 8, select the link on the left.
If you became a new Domainnameshop customer after June 8 and did not previously have an account with us, select the link on the right.
You will then be taken to the correct login area for your account.
