In the customer area you can manage all active services and products associated with your account.
You can, among other things:
View active services
Open service details
Manage hosting and products
Log in to cPanel
Order new services

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you:
Have access to your customer area
Are logged in
Step 1: Open services
You can access your services in two ways:
Click Services in the main menu
Open services directly from the dashboard in the customer area
When you open Services, you will see an overview of active products and services associated with your account.
Step 2: Manage a service
From the services overview you can:
View service details
Manage hosting services
Log in to cPanel
View the status of the service
Click View details to open the administration page for a service.
š” Tip: You can log directly in to cPanel from the services overview if the service supports this.
Step 3: Order new services
Under the Services menu you can also:
Order new services
View available add-on products
Troubleshooting
I cannot find my services
Check that you are logged in to the correct account in the customer area.
I cannot access cPanel
Open the service and check that the hosting plan includes cPanel.
I cannot find the service details
Click View details next to the relevant service.
