Database management works differently depending on which hosting service you are using.
This guide covers database management directly in the customer area for compatible hosting services.
If your hosting service uses cPanel, databases must be managed through cPanel instead. See the guide:

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you:
Have access to your customer area
Are logged in
Have an active hosting service with database functionality
Step 1: Open your hosting service
Open the hosting service you want to manage from the customer area.

Step 2: Open database management
On the service page, you can open database management in two ways:
Click Manage databases from the overview at the top of the page
Click Manage databases in the menu on the left
When you open database management, you will be taken to the database management page for your hosting service.
Step 3: Create and manage databases
From database management, you can:
View existing databases
Create new databases
Manage database passwords
Open phpMyAdmin
To create a new database:
3. Enter a password for the database
4. Confirm the password
5. Click Add database
Created databases will appear under Existing databases.
š” Tip: The database can be further managed through phpMyAdmin once it has been created.
Troubleshooting
I cannot find database management
Check that your hosting plan includes database functionality.
My hosting service uses cPanel
If your hosting service uses cPanel, databases must be managed through cPanel and not directly in the customer area.
I cannot find my hosting service
Go to Services in the main menu to view your active services.
