How to change your email password

You can change the password for email accounts in the customer area. This guide will show you how to do this.

You can change the password for your email account directly in the customer area.

When you have completed this guide, you will know how to change the password for email accounts.


Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you:

  • Have access to the customer area

  • Have an active email account

  • Are logged in to the customer area


Step 1: Open the email service

Find the Email Hosting service and click View details.


Step 2: Go to email management

Click Manage Mailboxes.


Step 3: Select the account you want to change the password for

Find the account you want to change the email password for under Existing Mailboxes and click the edit icon.


Step 4: Change the password

  1. Enter the new password

  2. Confirm the password

  3. Click the save icon to save the new password

The system will change the password, and you will receive a confirmation that this has been completed:

⚠️ It may take a few minutes before the new password takes effect.
